How to plot an overlapping Tubes chart?

I have a table with two columns. There is some dependency between the two.
I am trying to plot a Tubes chart with data range series in : Rows.

I am able to plot first Tubes graph based on first column of table.
I am wondering how to plot the second tube graph which should overlap the
previous graph so as to provide a comparative study.

I don't know what a Tubes Chart is and every relevant reference in
Google lead to a table.

First you write you are plotting data series in rows and then you write
about plotting the first column of data. Those statements are
inconsistent.

If your problem will be resolved by simply plotting the 1st column and
then adding the 2nd column as a 2nd series, once you have the chart
with the first column, select and copy the 2nd column of data, select
the chart then Edit Paste Special... and provide XL with answers to
the dialog box it will show.
