How to play clip upside down?

Does anyone know if Movie Maker can turn a clip upside
down? I have to shoot low to the carpet scenes with my
camera upside down (the way the camera is constructed
makes shooting a 'mouses' point of view possible only if
the camera is upside down which puts the camera lense
close to the floor)?

Yes it can. Apply the effect "Rotate 180".
