how to pin outlook tasks list to desktop

Is it possible to pin or show the outlook task list to desktop in outlook 2003?
Can I use the "desktop display properties"->"customise desktop"-> "add new
web page" to do this? Since we can actually pin photos or webpages to the
desktop using this method.??
