how to - phone number - usage and percentage

am new to Excel - ver 03 on xp pro -
I have a table of telephone calls with columns that give number,
in/outbound, and minutes per call.

how best can I get a table with min usage per call and percentage of the
table for each number .... and then I may need another table that shows
im/outbound per each tel. number?

any pointer much appreicated
 
You're not very clear but from what I can gather of your question, take a
look at using Pivot Tables.
