How to permanently eliminate "ADVANCED REGISTRY OPTOMIZER" ICON ?

Eveyy time that I delete the "ADVANCED REGISTRY OPTOMIZER" icon from my
desktop, it reappears after I shut down and then start up again. I want to
be permanently rid of it.
