How to permanently delete a return address on envelope?

I have inadvertently entered a return address for a #10 business envelope and
am unable to permanently delete it. The address shows up every time (I have
clicked on "omit" but I want to delete it permanently.

Thank you.

That info most likely comes from Tools>Options>User Info (not sure about
Word 2007), although it could be from your Address Book.
