How to Paste

I apologize as this really isn't a programming question per se.

I'm trying to paste a single entry into multiple records (in a single
column). Is there a quick way to do this withiur having to paste a single
record at a time?

I've tried Find/Replace, but the cells are currently empty, and I can't get
"Find/Replace" to understand I want to find an empty cell.

Try typing the word
Null
into the find'n'replace dialog.
