How to password protect WORKS spreadsheet

Does anyone know how you can prevent a spreadsheet from
being openned and viewed by applying a password
requirement?
 
Use the Save as.. feature. When you type in the name of the file (or existing name is highlighted), you would see 3 buttons on the right side. The 3rd button is Options... Click on it& your doors to password protection would open
