Please tell me, how to order Service Pack 2 CD.

I'm sorry, but I don't know of any way to order it now. This web page
says that you'll be able to order it at some future date:

If you have a fast Internet connection and a CD burner, you can
download Service Pack 2 and make your own CD, for installing on your
own computers only:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...BE-3B8E-4F30-8245-9E368D3CDB5A&displaylang=en

However, for a single computer, Microsoft recommends using Windows
Update.
