How To: Open With - File Associations/Extentions

I messed up with the settings and I changed and DELETED Some Files Of The: Open With - File Assosiations/Extensions !!
They Were Related to: Text Documents, mdb , html, and html /link files.

Now all my files have same color icons : white and blue(like the ini file) . and all associations/extentions that i use to
open up files with are not working and they dont open files nomore!!

- How can I reset the OPEN WITH Associations to its original Default ? Can i do it from The Registry? How and Where?

- How Can I Change The Icon for each File type to how it was before?

- What is the BEST Practice to Solve above two problems??
