How to open "Phone and Modem Options" window from vb6 code?

I think there must be a way to do it, but I just couldn't figure it out
myself, anybody help, please.

Although a lot of the ones active in this newsgroup know about VB6 do I give

I thought that I have seen your question often unanswered for VBNet as well
