How to open multiple mailboxes using outlook profiles

I am trying to open two different mailboxes simultaneously
by setting up outlook profiles. When I clik on outlook the
first time it will give me the prompt to choose a profile
and I will open that mailbox (I minimize that session).
Then I am trying to open another session of outlook
pointing to a different profile(mailbox) but it will not
give me the prompt to choose a profile, I will open
another session with the same previously open mailbox.
Is there a way to accomplish this?..
How can I do that?...

Only one instance of Outlook can run at one time. You can, however, add
multiple mailboxes to a single profile, although Outlook only supports one
default delivery location for messages, appointments, tasks, etc.
