how to open dmp files

i got a blue screen, this is logged in the minidumpfolder
in the systemroot, but how can I view these?

Minidump and dump files are not very useful to anyone but the application's
programmers. The portions of an error event that are useful to a user are
the corresponding error reports found in Event Viewer.

Event Viewer is one of the Administrative Tools. There are several ways to
access this tool. One that is quick and easy is to use Start> Run> and type in
eventvwr.msc
