Hello,

I have Outlook 2002 SP3 and Windows XP SP2. In my Folder List I have my
mailbox expanded showing all my folders (inbox, calendar, contacts, etc.).
I also have the mailbox for our general company email account (info@) that
receives the emails submitted from our website. But when I click on the +
sign next to it to expand it, I get a message saying "Unable to expand the
folder. The set of folders could not be opened. The operation failed."
This company email is set up as it's own user on our network, and I am set
as it's delegate with full control over all it's folders.

How do I make it so I can expand Info's folder list? And how do I make it
so that if I reply to an email in Info's inbox, it comes from Info's email
address instead of my email address (markc@)? I had it set up like this
before with an older version of Outlook but can't figure it out now. Thanks
for the help.

Mark

The owner of the Info mailbox needs to give you Reviewer (or higher)
permissions to the root of the Info mailbox, as well as the appropriate
permissions to any folders in that mailbox you need access to.

Jocelyn,

Thanks for your reply. How do I do this? I know how to log in as Info, but
then what do I need to do?

I found how to do it! KB article #291626 walked me right through it.
Everything is now working as I wanted it to. Thanks for the help!
