How to open a word doc more than one time if I used mail merge?

I will try to describe my situation better:
I used the mail merge command in a word document and I finished working
succesfully with this document. I saved it. Then I made some modifications to
my excel data base and I want to re-print the document in word with the new
changes.

The problem is that when I open the word document I can only see the first
page of my document and I do not know how to update fields or preview all the
pages of the document.

Thanx in advance!
Alexander

Works for me.

gives me a server error, saying that the URL cannot be found. Is anything
missing from it? Thanks.

From your description of the problem - it seems you merely have to remerge
the document with the data.

Thanx it was helpful.
now going to the link that supposedly doesn't work. Do not click on it, just
copy it and paste it in the address bar in a new window, I had the same
trouble and it worked.

Whether links are clickable or not depends to some extent on your browser or
newsreader and to some extent on where you encounter the link (though in
this case everyone appears to be using the Microsoft Communities (except me,
of course; I'm connecting directly to msnews).
