How to open a MIME download??

hi, just downloaded an Electronic Business Card to use as a signature with
Outlook Express emails. Problem is when I try to open it, it wants to know
which prog to do this with?? I rang Business card supplier but were no help.
Any help would be appreciated.

What did the instructions at the site where you got this mystery
software from say to do with it. Windows XP is just the operating
system. Outlook Express and this software are where your problem lies.

Hi Steve,

Can you supply a link to where you downloaded it from? Or give the
extension of the file downloaded. The subject suggests the extension is
MIME, but I can't believe it would be that.

Maybe you're supposed to insert it from a compose window in OE.
