Call Microsoft support at 800.936.4000. Tell them you want hotfix 308402. They won't ask you for money. They will courteously send the hotfix to you via email.

Alternatively, use your Windows Catalog and go to Windows Professional
section and browse through the section in which there is a link that will
take you to all updates for manually download and install.
Also Windows Expert Zone will also take you to the section for all updates.
I don't remember the exact step-by-step links but try it, it is there.
