How to NTSB hard drive ?

I would like to convert my hard drives over to the XP
hard drive set up. I believe it is called NTSB ?

Can anybody explain how to do it in layman's terms ?

It's NTFS, and unless you have a good reason for wanting
to do this, best to leave well enough alone or you might
find yourself having to format that drive. :o
