How to move users between trusted W2K domains

I have one domain with 40000 users, now I have a new domain and want to use
this users in both domain. The two domains have trust between each other.

If you setup trusts, then you can set permissions on resources on another
domain to users in first domain. This way they can access the resources in
both domains. There is no need to move them between domains. If you can be
more specific on your scenario, we could provide more help.
