How to move numbers in Contacts phone field to another phone field

How to move all the numbers in Microsoft Outlook Contacts phone field to
another phone field
 
Export all contacts to Excel and then import them back, but when you make
importing, tell that faxnumber is putting to homenumber field (Map custom
fields).
