How to move calendar from Outlook PST to Exchange 2003 Mailbox

I am having difficulty trying to copy/move users calendars
from their Outlook PST to their newly setup Exchange 2003
mailbox.

It appears to either call it calendar1, or I can't do a
CTRL-A to select all then copy and paste it into the
default calendar within the Exchange mailbox.

Any ideas?
