How to move a Form to an unconnected computer

This is a how-to question. In Outlook 2000 which is part
of my MS Office 2000 Standard program. I have made a
customized contact form that I published to my Personal
Forms Library. I would like to know how to move this
customized form to another computer that is not connected
to my computer via a network. Also, I do not have
a "Forms Manager" button when I click on Tools -> Options -
Other -> Advanced Options. The only butons at the
bottom of the window are "Reminder Options", "Add In
Manager", "Advanced Tasks" and "Com Add Ins".

Launch the form, then use File | Save As to save it as an .oft file. Copy
the file to new computer. Run it, then use Tools | Forms | Publish.
