The MAC address is usually hard coded into the network card.
If you are using a router you can often set the MAC address seen by the
Internet for the router using the router's own console.

You can't actually do this, the MAC address is hard coded in your
netwok adapter. If you tell us why you think you need to, we might be
able to suggest a work around.
Why do you need to do this? Are you the very rare
invidual getting an identical mac on your network, or are
you trying to spoof a mac address to hack into someones
wireless network that has mac address authentication?
