How to migrate folder from admin to user account

I use Vista and Outlook 2007. I accidentally set up all my personal stuff in
the Admin user account. Today I moved everything from Admin account to
Personal User Account. The only problem I had was I could not get my existing
In-Box and Sent emails in my personal account. Tehy are still in the Admin
account. HOW DO I FIND AND MOVE THE IN-BOX and SENT EMAILS FROM ADMIN TO
PERSONAL USER ACCOUNT?
