How to manipulate Word from c#?

Hello everyone here!
I have two tough tasks in my c# application.
First I want to insert text in the Microsoft Word, and how am I going
to check the location where I insert the text?
Another task is I want to create a table in the Microsoft Word and fill
my data.

Any help will be appreciated.Thank you!

what ur looking for is called word automation.I dont know much about it
