How to manage user document setting/dekstop using active directory server

Hi,
I,m used win 2003 as a domain server. My problem is how to
i manage the client dekstop using active directory server.

In what sense ? What do you want to control ? Group policies are used to
lockdown and control client desktop environment if that is what you asked.
