Hi =?Utf-8?B?YXZuaXI=?=,
How do I change the default setup in Word so that the file name shows the
full pathname?
You mean, in the title bar (the place where you see Document1 - Microsoft
Word)?

There's nothing in Word that will let you do this. It's possible to achieve
it with a macro, but if you want the entry to be dynamic, the code can get
extremely complex.

Many people settle for displaying the "Address" button from the Web toolbar
in the standard toolbar. You can pull it out from Tools/Customize/Commands,
the Web category. Just drag it to the place you'd like to have it.

P.S. Forgot to mention in prior reply (for the benefit of others wanting to
use this solution): After following Cindy's advice, you will also need to
turn on the Web tool bar if not already active. Do that via View | Tool Bars
| <checkmark "Web">
