How to make the yellow note items smaller ???

Hello,

I am a frequent user of the note (memo) funktion in Outlook ( I have MS
Office Outlook 2003). Since yesterday when I open a note it pops up all over
the screen and I am not able anymore to make it smaller. The only thing I can
do is to make it desappear completely. But what I want is to have that yellow
note square in a 3 cm size so that I can write notes on it while reading
other document on my desktop.

Does anybody know how I can do that?

Double click the title bar to toggle normal and maximized window size.
