How to Make Still Picture

There is one frame in a video clip that I want to snap so I can make a still
picture out of it. How?

Click the "Take Picture" button...
it's at the bottom right corner of
your viewing screen.

That"take picture" icon was dimmed. So I went back to the original clip and
did it over again. This time I was able to take the picture.
