I'm not sure what you mean, but PowerPoint provides rich options for
hyperlinks. Either choose some text, add some buttons, or add some other
shapes. Select the thing you want to link, and either choose Hyperlink
from the Insert menu or Action Settings from the Slide Show menu to link
to a place within the document, a Web page, another document, etc.
