How to make delete button also do shift+del?

When an email is open shift+'del button' on the menu bar still sends the
email to the deleted items folder. Also, this is the same behavior in the new
mail desktop alert. In other words the shift button is ignored when using the
delete button in the menu bar.

What I want is to have the shift+'del button' behavior in both of afore
mentioned locations. How is this made possible?

:(

Is there a way to make a button (at least for the menu bar of the open
email) that operates as shift+del?

Only if you use VBA and then create a button for your macro.

Hmm, that's a bit above my head. Thanks.
