How to make Custom buttons? (2nd homepage)

The customize toolbar function in my IE doesn't allow me to add a link to a webpage, I would like to add a 2nd homepage for there are 2 I use more than any other. I DO have favorites, but these 2 are so common a button would be nice.

Using the Links bar may be easier but look at "Adding Toolbar Buttons"
