Mine is located here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
The value is "Start Page"
You could also have a setting in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, though I have
never seen one.

Read this:
Home Page Setting Changes Unexpectedly, or You Cannot Change Your Home
Page Setting
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q320159

You might try this:
http://www.dougknox.com/security/scripts_desc/nosethomepage.htm

It may not be a malware function but it can be a function of
anti-spyware applications, like Spybot. Are you using any?

There are used some remote admin program, possibly it can be a function
of this application. But even this is a case, this application must use
some registry key to perform this. I want find where this URL setting
are stored.

Thanks.

Sorry, but I do not understand what you are saying.
What is used by a remote admin program and what has that do do with
you question?

I have given you the normal location in the Registry and other
information.

What is it that you now want?

I will search for URL in all of mentioned locations. I meant that
remote control program, possibly have function to set fixed homepage. I
just want find where is this possible registry key location. Since we
can set any homepage URL normally (via IE Tools, General tab), but IE
not save this settings - it always open IE with this predefind page,
regardless from page we set.

Regards.

Again, I do not understand what you are saying and why you make it so
difficult for me to read your response.
I am afraid I will have to pass.
