how to Make an object appear on multiple pages

i need to make an object in MS word to appear in every pages or in even pages
at the right side of the document virticaly. just like masterpage in
publisher.

and also i want to know how to apply a header for each odd pages/even pages.

Anchor the object to the header; it will then repeat on all pages
using that header. For more, see

To have different headers (and footers) for odd and even pages, enable
the "Different odd and even" option in File | Page Setup, Layout tab.
