How to make a worksheet uneditable?

Dear all,
I wonder how to make a worksheet uneditable?
I don't want to let the user edit a particular
worksheet,I just wanna let them views the data only.

Protect the worksheet.
Tools,protect sheet. assign a password

Takes about a second to unlock using code that's appeared in these forums.

Another suggestion is to turn it into a PDF file. Adobe's rather costly,
do a google search for CutePDF.
