How to make a email adderess

You need to find an email provider and set up an email account with
them. Your internet provider has probably done this for you already.
You then need to get this email provider's instructions for setting up
to use their email servers. If they haven't written instructions for
Windows Mail yet, their instructions for Outlook Express should
also work under Windows Mail if they don't call for the HTTP
protocol. The instructions should be available somewhere on their
web site. Or, you could tell us who your email provider is and see
if anyone here already knows where to find their instructions.
 
You are connecting to the Internet via optonline.net.
If Optonline is your ISP, they should have assigned you an email address.
So contact them.
 
stevev our isp provider is t-mobile and we keep getting a message that say's
it's no longer http compliant with hotmail? thnx!! if you can help!

I need to know what my "incoming" and "outgoing" server is when Adding E=mail
account .

Ask your email provider. Since providers want it set different ways and you
don't tell us who your provider is, how are we supposed to know?
