how to make a database of members

I am the secutary of a disabled action group called DAG we have a membership
of 76 and I would like to create a databae of thear names,address, post
code,phone numbers and E-mail address
 
There are several templates that ship with Access that do this. You can
also find many Access templates on the microsoft webpage. Just look for
address book or contact management type databases.

Open Access and choose Database Wizard. One of your choices should be
Contact Management. Enjoy!
