When CHKDSK is run at boot time, the results get cleared (as XP proceeds
with the boot.).

Anyway to pause or log the output of boot time CHKDSK?

Thanks.

The results are logged. Look in the event viewer
(eventvwr.msc from the RUN box)
Look at application messages with a source of Winlogon

I think you get the option to skip chkdsk. Maybe you can do it later and
put the results into a file? Or else boot into the recovery console and do
a chkdisk, if it is one of the allowable programs.
(Just a few thoughts.)
