How to lock the menu bar?

How can I get my floating menu bar to lock or position itself
automatically to the right-hand side of the screen page when I boot up
Excel 2003? Thank you for your help.

Look in VBA help on "dock menu"

Then choose "adding and managing menu bars and menu items"

See code for positioning and docking.
