How to lock inserted JPG so it won't be copied out of document?

How do I lock an inserted JPG into a Word document so that others cannot
copy/paste it out of the document and use it elsewhere? Using WORD 2002 on
XP.
Do not want a digital signature, as this doesn't appear to 'lock the object'
into the document - only keeps someone from saving it.

There is no such feature in Word, or generally in Windows. If the graphic
can be displayed on screen, it can be copied, at the very least by taking a
screen shot.
