How to list users and their rights and access on W2k Servers

Is there any tool available so I can select one of my
Windows 2000 Servers and view all of the access and
permissions granted to users like a list by user??

seamount-software.com is working on this very solution.
Check out that site, it's the old Xevo Corporation guys...
