How to link to text within the email in a signature

If this sounds strange, its because it is. I would like to make a link that
links to text within the same email. The problem is that I want to do it in a
signature. I have tried using word as editor and saving the file in RTF and
HTML. But when I choose the signature in question the links that I am trying
to use starts up another window and tries to start up an http:/// even though
the link is referring to text that is written inside the signature. All
outside link reffering to web adresses works perfectly. I have tried using
both hyperlinks and internal crossreferences. But nothing seems to work. Do
any of you guys have the solution?

I am using Outlook 2003 SP3. And the reason is that in our customer service
department we get a lot of FAQ questions by phone. We want to send the FAQ,
not as a document but as a signature so that our employees can choose
different signatures whether its private or company customers. Here is an
example:

------------------------------------email
----------------------------------------
1. How to ........ (Links to text1 )
2. When do I -....... (Links to text2)

1. How to.............(text1)
Text

2. When do I........(text2)
Text

Use bookmarks. You can then refer to it via a hyperlink, linking it by
#bookmark_name

Hi Roady

I Already tried bookmarks and hyperlinked to it. But when I start a new
email using the signature, the internal links just does not work. The thing
is that I would like it to work as a semi web site, but it seems that it is
not that easy.

If you have other ideas please post them, 'cause this thing is driving me
mad. I thought it would be easy. But it is not.

I don't get the signature part. Don't abuse this feature to create
boilerplates for emails. Use AutoText or htm-files for that.
What is currently the html source of your example?

I am not sure that I have explained my example too well. I want to start up a
template each time that the customer service employee writes to the customer,
And that is the reason why I am using the signature part. That might be
abusing or not. But it was the best that I could come up with.

I don't get your HTML part. Can I make a template using HTML, is that it?
The thing is I want the service employee to be able to choose different
templates, i.e one specifically for private customers and another for company
customers. By the way is it possible to show lines and pictures in a
signature - and how?

I hope you understand what I am getting at? I want the template to function
as a sort of web site, where you can link to text inside the email.
