how to link to a bookmark from a different page?

Okay, so lets say that i have 2 pages. On one page i have a link to a
bookmark on the second page. Now the bookmark on the second page is half way
down. How do i make it so that when i click on the link on page 1 to go to
that bookmark on page 2 (in the center of the page)

Create your bookmark, then with the page open, open the other page where you are linking from, and
select the page to link to and then below that select the bookmark.
