Hi i am working in Access 2000 and am quite new to it all so please do not be
too technical in your responces. I am setting up a database of trainees on
workplacements/apprentiships etc. So far i have created most of my tables
seperating them as much as possible. I need to be able to link all of the
tables together so that they are updated when anyone fills in the
accompanying forms but i am not sure how i should link the trainee details to
the company details and the college details. I am using their NI number as a
uneque field for the trainee but cant think of one to use for the company and
college as there may be several trainees going to the same places. Can
anyone offer me a bit of advice? It would be most gratefully recieved
