I would like to limit the amount of memory that win2000 uses to buffor disk operations.

How can i do that ? Probably some variable in registers ??

Becouse i can't afford to let windows use ~ 60-90mb on system buffors.

Is it possible to limit this ?

There's no way to limit this, nor should there be.

The reason why Windows is using 60-90MB for system buffers
is because that memory on your system is not being used by
anything else. If an application needs this memory, Windows
will give it back. It's working as designed.
