how to keep from refreshing??

ok, here is my ?, can i keep a web page (from

moving up and down) that auto. refreshes itselfs. I
watch baseball games at yahoo, cbsportline, to keep track
of scores, but each site is set to refresh every 30/60
secs.
i can shut that off the refresh button, but then i cant
see the scores change. (stays till i hit F 5)

so is there a way to keep the web page still ( not

move ) but able
to

I have not seen that website for myself however I could make an educated
guess and say that without the updated page, there is no way to get the
scores. When you want to update one part of a webpage, you usually have to
refresh the html, which means refreshing all the page.

If you are using Internet explorer, the page should automatically scroll
down to where you were after refreshing.

Some sites have a frequency to update itself at certain intervals and without the refresh it wont be able to show the latest scores.
