How to keep flagged emails in Inbox?

In MicroSoft Outlook (2003),when I flagged emails, they were sent to the
Follow-up folder, & remained in the Inbox. Now they no longer remain in the
Inbox-how to keep them there?? Thanx

The Follow Up folder is simply a filtered View
If they are no longer in the Inbox, and assuming you dont have any other
filtered View set, where are they, the Archive?
