How to instruct Outlook to use contacts from PST before exchang co

How can I instruct Outlook to use contacts from PST and not the exchange
contacts?

Whenever I author an email, I simply enter the contacts name in the TO field
and Outlook then finds the email address associated with the contact. But
ever since I have been added to our exchange server, Outlook now looks for
the contact in the exchange contacts list. This has caused me to send emails
to the wrong Pieter & John etc.

How can I change this behaviour back, i.e. I want Outlook to find the
contact in my contacts folder?

Click the Address Book icon on Outlook's Standard toolbar or click
Tools>Address Book or press Ctrl-Shft-B.
