How to Install to 2 Network Cards in a computer

My PC and Laptop is running with windows XP pro as OS.
I have installed 2 networkcards(1 build-in and the other Dlink card) in
my PC.
My intention is to use the build-in card to connect to a modem and
access to internet. The second card, provides a link to my laptop.
What i wish to achieve is that from the labtop i can access to the
internet via the PC.
Actually, I have setup the internet access by using my PC, but i still
fail to access the internet via the PC. How am i going to do internet
sharing?

Personally I think your better off with a wireless access point/router
combination if its in your budget...
