3 computers connected, 2 work?

Well i have a desktop computer on my main floor which is connected to a dlink
router and modem. i also have a laptop that has an intel wireless network
card and then another desktop in my basement connected with a dlink wireless
network card. All three computer are hook up to the router the problem is
with the computer in my basement. when ever i try to connect to the internet
with my Home network it say "limited or no connectivity" howevwer if i was to
connect to the internet with my neighbours internet it works. i dont know
what the problem is here. any help ill be greatly appreicated.

Is the DLink router giving your basement computer a valid IP address? Good
DNS servers?

On the basement computer right-click the network connection, go to Status
| Details and see what IP address you have and what DNS server addresses
you have.
